  • Dogs Deserve Better - this is a pro-dog organization that doesn't necessarily care about humans, but if less dogs were chained out in their yards 24/7 then we'd hear less barking, and they also lobby for laws that restrict the number of hours a person can leave a dog unattended in the yard...all good for the peace & quiet of the neighborhood.
